Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your jewelry from Stakd Jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
 

Eligibility

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
     

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at stakdjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
     

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
     

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange for a different item, we will ship your new piece once we receive the returned item.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back.
     

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
     

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items, earrings, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
