Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to love your jewelry from Stakd Jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, please review our returns and exchanges policy below.
Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Email us at stakdjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different item, we will ship your new piece once we receive the returned item.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items

Sale items, earrings, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
