Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Personalized and custom items (including name bracelets, letter pieces, or made-to-order designs) require additional time and will ship within 2–3 weeks. This timeframe allows us to carefully craft your custom piece to perfection.
During high-demand periods (new collection launches, holidays, promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
STAKD Jewelry is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses, courier delays, or customs holds.
If you believe your package is lost, please contact us at stakdjewelry@gmail.com and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Custom or personalized pieces are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
Email us at stakdjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (RA) number.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange for a different item, we will ship your new piece once we receive the returned item.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending items back.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your jewelry arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Final Sale Items
Sale items, earrings, and custom orders are final sale and not eligible for return.
